Jewelweed,
Jewel weed, Touch-Me-Nots, Picture 2
Species :
Impatiens Natural Remedy to Poison Ivy Rash
The garden variety of impatiens is said to also
have medicinal properties and useful in treating poison ivy and oak,
however I cannot vouch for that.
The wild species,
jewelweed, shown below should not be cultivated as it is a very invasive
annual that spreads like crazy, so give the garden impatiens a try! |
