Species : Impatiens       Natural Remedy to Poison Ivy Rash

The garden variety of impatiens is said to also have medicinal properties and useful in treating poison ivy and oak, however I cannot vouch for that.

The wild species, jewelweed, shown below should not be cultivated as it is a very invasive annual that spreads like crazy, so give the garden impatiens a try!
